Influencer Jumpstart abides by a 30-Day Refund Policy.
WHAT IS INFLUENCER JUMPSTART'S REFUND POLICY?
For 30 days since your purchase, you can request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, there must be proof that you gave the product you purchased a fair shot. Some things that are looked at are module completion, assessment completion, and showing up to Live Q&A calls. If it is deemed that you've exerted the necessary effort and are still unsatisfied with the results, then you may qualify for a refund. This assessment and decision is left to the discretion of an Influencer Jumpstart Expert.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?
If you've requested a refund and are deemed eligible, and are within the 30-day refund policy window, the full amount of your payment will be reimbursed to your method of payment.
WHAT OFFERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS?
The Influencer Jumpstart Program Lifetime package is eligible for a refund within the 30-day refund policy window.
WHAT OFFERS AREN'T ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS?
The Influencer Jumpstart Program Monthly package is not eligible for a refund. To cancel your subscription at any time from your member dashboard, simply visit My Account > Settings > Purchase History > Cancel subscription. If you cancel your subscription during your free trial you will not be charged.
The Influencer Jumpstart Immersion Program is not eligible for a refund.
Influencer Jumpstart reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Refund Policy will be listed in this section, and if such changes are material, a notice will be included on the homepage of the website for a period of time.
